The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Provider never responded to phone calls or emails. On the day the shipment was due to be picked up, provider marked it as "completed" on uship even though they never arrived. This was complete misrepresentation on their part. This provider had no feedback and now will have only negative feedback... a very poor start on uship!! Provider had only one working phone number and that number did not allow messages to be left. Provider never answered any emails although they had the electronic capabilit

For: Car & motorcycle

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I accepted a bid from the provider millave24. For the next five days I could not contact them by the phone number or email they had listed; they did not reply. Two days before they were due to arrive and pick up the items, I finally was able to contact them (they changed the number in their listing) at which time they told me they would not fulfil their contract. I now have to cancel my flight and relist.
