I conferred with the shipper and elected to pursue cancellation of the purchase through eBay and to not pursue shipping. Response from gearheadgear: I showed up and this thing was in a pit 12'' in the ground surrounded by 2 walls. the seller had a fork lift on site and refused to let us use it. I spent several hours on finding a lift and went 30 miles away to get it and as I was pulling into the parking lot to rent it shipper called and decided to not move it. she did however compensate me for my time.
