I no longer need my item(s) shipped The item was materially defective which was concealed at the time of purchase, and was more problematic than indicated in the eBay Listing. I conferred with the shipper and elected to pursue cancellation of the purchase through eBay and to not pursue shipping. Response from gearheadgear: I showed up and this thing was in a pit 12'' in the ground surrounded by 2 walls. the seller had a fork lift on site and refused to let us use it. I spent several hours on finding a lift and went 30 miles away to get it and as I was pulling into the parking lot to rent it shipper called and decided to not move it. she did however compensate me for my time.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Great communication and coordination with this shipper. Unfortunately, the truck will not work for my shipment. Response from gearheadgear: I had open transport listed on my bid, the shipper did not see that and accepted my bid. I showed up on time and ready to go but they opted to not use my trailer.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment UPON SPEAKING WITH SERVICE PROVIDER I LEARNED THAT SERVICE PROVIDER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PICK UP MY SHIPMENT ON THE DATE OF 8-27-10..THIS DATE IS THE QUICKEST THAT MY SHIPMENT WILL BE READY FOR SHIPPING..SERVICE PROVIDER CAN ONLY PICK UP MY ITEM ON 8-23-10, HE WILL NOT BE IN THE AREA WHERE MY ITEM IS LOCATED AFTER 8-23-10 .. HE IS ON A STRICT SCHEDULE WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS AND CANNOT WAIT FOR MY SHIPMENT.SO WILL YOU PLEASE REFUND MY DEPOSIT AND I WILL WAIT FOR ANOTHER BID ON MY SHIPMENT..THANKYOU Response from gearheadgear: I had very specific dates listed on my bid and shipper overlooked that portion and accepted my bid anyway and I could not wait for seller to return home

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The supplier of the panel had a communication breakdown in getting the panel to Mr Lee. Mr Lee provided great communication thru the process. Response from gearheadgear: the seller had not been paid for the panel and was not going to let me take it before payment was made.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I had won the item and had already paid for it in eBay, but it seems the seller decided to sell it to someone alse after i had already taken my U ship bid. I had no choice in the matter since everything was already paid for.
