A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I WAS TOLD THE DRIVER WOULD CALL 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE TO SET UP APPOINTMENT. THE DRIVER CALLED LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR, I WAS OUT OF TOWN AS THEY WERE INFORMED AND MY DAUGHTER WAS IN THE HOSPITAL AND WAS UNABLE TO BE THERE,OR FIND SOMEONE TO MEET THE DRIVER.

...actually this guy is a truck driver himself didn't answer the phone starting 48 hours before we were to pickup. We documented 5 attempted calls starting 48 hours. I don't know why he is pushing blame...???
