Didn't respond to emails after the first one and I need my horse moved. Can't wait.

Response from gbfenterprises: My coordinator was in touch with this lady and told her that we could move her horse by the 26th of Sept. She conveyed worries of moving her horse in a storm and couldn't make that load. We informed her our next trip to Fl. wouldn't be until the end of Oct. I've assumed that was the plan until I got this notice of cancellation. I can't recieve email in the truck and our cell is on at all times. She never called me. I didnt'realize there was a problem until it was too late..

FIVE STARS, BEN AND SHARON ARE ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH. MY HORSES WERE PICKED UP AHEAD OF SCHEDULE, THEY KEPT IN CONSTANT CONTACT THROUGH-OUT THE ENTIRE TRIP AND I COULD CALL THEM AT ANY TIME AS WELL. IF YOU GET THEM FOR YOUR TRIP, CONSIDER YOURSELF VERY FORTUNATE!

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
Once i gave the deposit, the shipper told me they could no longer ship the horse, since then i have not been able to get in touch!!!

Response from gbfenterprises: the deposit wasnt given to us it was given to uship. we have been in touch Pat has responded to the clients email.. She did tell us shipment was flexible but it wasnt as flexible as i understood it.. We had an audit by IFTA and IRP and couldnt cancel it .. (Funny how the government is about some matters) Anyway I've offered to pay the deposit back if Usip didn't . I'm waiting for Uship to advise me on what they did and will proceed accordingly after their response..
