I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment.
The drivers truck broke down and was unable to be fixed in time to make shipment for this customer. I have been working on trying to get another truck to his location to make this right. I have another carrier in Jacksonville, FL making a delivery on 5/23 who I hope can arrange this pickup.

Haha, that's funny. Paid him in FULL plus the extra fees he charged us (not allowed by uship). This shipper is uninsured and unlicensed. He's not even legally transporting. Shipper delivered the units 2 weeks late after holding them hostage for more than contracted price. We still paid them in full so they'd deliver our vehicles. Look up their DOT number and you'll see he's not licensed. This guy is a fraud. We've paid every shipper in full, including this con artist.
