Customer was under the impression that pickup would be on March 8 , when in all reality my husband and worker were in the New York area on the 8th and not scheduled to be in Florida until this week. Now they have been in an accident in Florida anyway so we would have had to cancel either way. Not sure whose part the scheduling misunderstanding was on. Very sorry
