A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After extending the bid several times, customer accepted the bid, clearly listing a Sunday pickup. Bid was for customer providing load assistance. He now states he cannot provide that assistance on the stated load date. I offered my crew, at a reasonable price increase, but we have not come to terms. I was willing and able to do this job, customer can't meet the time frame he agreed to when accepting the bid. No hard feelings, good luck.

They were on-time, and delivered early. Great experience. Everything arrived in good shape, and they were terrific at putting the stuff in the right place. Highly recommend.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment He cannot meet my timetable

Customer accepted bid (finally), clearly stating Sunday pickup with his crew providing load assistance. (Using his crew was his idea to save $$$) Now I am told his crew is unavailable for Sunday pickup, and he is unwilling to pay extra for my crew of loaders. I was willing and able to do the job in the time frame specified in the bid that was accepted, but the customer has changed the requirements and is not willing to pay for the increased labor costs involved. No hard feelings, good luck.
