The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I received a call from a friend of the provider and advised that Gary Muraco will not be able to fulfill shipment, it was unclear as to why Gary can't, she was "only" calling customers with active booking. This is very shady and concerning. Call me or email me if any other questions.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I would like to notify U-ship at this time that I wish to cancel my perspective moving contract immediately. I would also like to make the following comments regarding the situation. On Thursday last week both me and my husband attempted to contact Gary the shipping representative, to ensure that a timely pickup and delivery would take place. In our original job specification, and when we applied online, we notified everyone concerned that we had specific pickup and delivery times that needed to Response from garymuraco: I sincerely apologize. My truck is a 2006 and needed to be serviced, we were only 3 hours away, im sorry to inconveniance you, it was not my intentions.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper has missed repeated pick-up times (five or six times) -- even after he promised me that he would. I can provide email documentation of a weeks worth of emails of this shippers unprofessional actions.
