A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved
Driver arrived at pick up point on a Wednesday before item was ready to ship out. The shipment wasn't to be ready until Thurs. or Fri. The driver did call me while there but said he could not wait another day but a simple telephone call in advance could have saved all of this.
