Henry made the entire shipping process a breeze. Great communication, flexible pickup dates, prompt, caring, a careful shipper (no damage-item packed professionally) true professional. Takes a personal interest that everything goes smoothly, pride in his work, a gentleman. Had a couple lower bids but Henry worked around my schedule and added that personal touch which is lacking in todays world. Will most certainly use his services again. Great Job!!
