The shipping took one day longer to complete than promised. The showroom perfect Vespa arrived with several dings, scratches, and poorly applied touchup paint. Wife received shipment, and Dan did not answer her question about the obvious scratches. My paint job is going to cost more than the money I saved. CHOOSE ANOTHER SHIPPER!!!!!!!

The Vespa is a 2009 it's now 2011, I don't where it's been for 2 years, it had scratches when I picked it up. Told his wife that when she asked me. I secured all 3 motorcycles in the enclosed trailer and had no issues with any of them. He asked me to deliver it by 2 pm on Fri. Jan. 28th, I delivered it at 11 am on Fri. Jan. 28th. I have never had any problems hauling any items. Sorry the Vespa you bought over the internet, in another state was not in the condition the seller told you it was in.

My experience with Dan was nothing but positive from the start. He kept me informed of the date(s) he would be targeting for pick up / drop off. I was called on a consistant basis where he was and as it turned out he arrived at my home 45 minutes earlier than he thought he would. He helped me get my shipment (motorcycle) up the driveway and into my garage. I can't say enough nice things about he job he did and how he treated my shipment. Kudo's to you, Dan, for a positive shipping experience!

After Dan Murdock made an bid which I accepted, we made an agreement on the pick-up date of Dec. 17, 18 or 19 with the pick-up location person. I called Dan on those days to find out an update. My messages were never answered. He also did not contact the pick-up location and to this day has never called me to explain what happened. I also pre-paid a $91.98 deposit with uship. Now I don't have my clock and uship only offered me a credit ... not a refund. I am not a happy customer.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Dan Murdock (the shipper), I and the pickup address person had an agreement on three dates to pickup item - Dec. 17, 18 and 19. I paid the deposit to uship. I called Dan several times over those dates and he did not return my calls. He did not contact the pickup person. As of today, Dan has never contacted me. Dan should have called me and cancelled the booking shipment. I am very disappointed in uship. Won't use again.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I accepted this bid on 6/8/2011 and the hauler called me on 6/9/2011. He said he would pick-up on the 12th or 13th and would call the pick-up contact within the hour on 6/9/2011. On 6/12/2011 the pick-up contact and I, both, had e-mailed him and left him voice messages to find out what's going on, but he never returned any phone calls nor e-mails. It's obvious he skipped out. No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I cancelled because I was unable to reach Dan at his posted 1-800 #. When I called the number I listened to a message from an oriental lady telling me she was ready to tease and please me and that she was hot and horny!!!! So I then tried to reach him at his yahoo email address and was sent an email back saying it was an invalid email. Yah... not exactly the professional moving company I had hoped to hire. Did I mention his email has the words douche bag in it and spelled incorrectly too!
