The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
He was supposed to show up last Saturday and did not show, did not call or let the shipper know he wasn't coming and the guy drove 3 hours to his lake house to meet the driver. We finally did get in touch with the driver, then he claimed a family member died and couldn't pick it up. Then he was supposed to pick up this weekend, we left him messages and he claimed that no one every called him. We are in bad shape now and at risk at losing our deal because the guy is making our company look lik

I postponed due to a death in my family.I tried calling the boat broker&the buyer, with no success.Buyers # didnt accept any messages. When I did reach the buyer he told me the boat did not need to be shipped and to not worry about it. Wed of the next week the broker asked if I could ship the boat, I told him I had to know by Thurs. He called Fri wanting me to pick up Sat. When he didn't call on Thurs. I had to commit to another haul he stated he would leave me a bad review to hurt my business

Dan this was a great experiance. Anyone considering shipping anything you can TRUST Dan. He is extremely honest, reliable, and takes care of your stuff. I had a match previous by another shipper and it was a nightmare. I was skeptical if this site would work out...Dan renewed my faith in this site by handling my shipment like a Pro. Again I apologize, my wife clicked on the book it now section and did not realize that the boat needed to be trailered, I contacted the shipper immediately so he could relist his shipment, hope everything worked out on your end, sorry for any inconvenience
