Fraudster! Bid on shipments but wasn't actually making the deliveries. Was giving business to another party who was driving a stolen truck! Paid half the money, but delivery was never made!

The driver was driving stolen truck (from Penske. Robert Landshof (the owner of the store) hired the driver with a stolen truck. Bob Landshof now claims no responsibility to get my horsetrailer or furniture to CA. It is being held in KY at Penske. Other people and I have not way to get our items, we have lost money, Landshof hired a thief with a stolen truck, contacted ME to move my stuff, and he claims NO RESPONSIBILITY. He said sue him and Penske. We need an attorney in Tennesse. Names?

This rat'g should between neut&pos. Shipment was to be picked up on Mem Day Mon,6/26/08. Shipment,a pull out sleeper sofa bed, was finally picked up on Friday, 6/30/08 @ 11 PM. and delr'd Sun 6/1/08. The issue was a mechanical failure & repairs on a holiday weekend. The communications could have been better, as I was the one who most of the time was initiating the phone tag. I was also under the impression that there would be 2 people to do the moving. I'd still use them again if needed. +

The original addresses I gave were off and Bob was very understanding in finding the correct locations. He was there on time as agreed and I didnt have the correct funds for him (check instead of cash as agreed) he was still very understanding, I would suggest him to anyone and appreciate doing business with him and am sorry for the problems that our delays caused. thanks Bob!

DONT USE THIS SHIPPER. HAS TO BE THE WORST SHIPPER I HAVE EVER USED. I RUN A TRUCKING BUSINESS AND I KNOW HOW PROBLEMS GO. PROBLEM 1 HE SAYS HE WILL PICK THE CAR UP ON A SUNDAY 5 DAYS LATER I DONT HEAR FROM HIM SO I REQUEST A CANCEL THEN I GET AHOLD OF HIM AND HE IS THERE READY TO PICK THE CAR UP. DOESNT LISTEN TO ANYTHING YOU TELL HIM, . WILL BRIBE YOU CON YOU ANYTHING HE CAN TO GET EXTRA CASH HE EVEN HELD THE CAR EVEN THO I HAD THE CASH. THREATENED TO DROP THE CAR OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE

System allows dishonest shipper to pull con.Told "no rush pick up at any time". I arrived to load car,NO KEYS,Does Not Run,flats,blocked in garage,no help to load. had to wait 24hr for Fed/Ex,He then cancles/job after I pick up.I report to uship takes 5 days to reject cancelation.I demand apology He promises,to "Take care of me pay, for the extra delay etc. cons me into taking a BAD check {He stopped Payment} Delivery was for Mon.done Fri.3 days early.I get bad Feedback for this.Pure Trash WOW

Shipper is very easy to work with. We unloaded a giant searchlight in the middle of the night during a rain storm in Atlanta. This was very helpful as it got me back on the road and out of town before traffic problems . In Atlanta traffic is a big problem. Thanks for the very interesting job. Bob

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Sorry having your shippment delayed before it was due to be picked up is not "a horrible nightmare". GROW UP look at the people with house washed away,or city under water You are an egocentrick spoiled child. The world has big problems,truckers are going broke and loseing their truks and jobs ,and you have to wait a couple of days to get your super fancy show bike.Wow let your husband drive it across the desert like he wanted to in the first place.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Not only did "furnbob" and Foxlane furniture fail to return calls, or otherwise answer questions about the whereabouts of my shipment - he sent a convicted felon to my home in a truck that hadn't been paid for (stolen or repossessed)to pick up my scooter. Long story short, my scooter (along with many other's belongings)has been stolen by the driver "furnbob" sent to my house. He and his outfit are crooks - check with local police if you don't believe me. I've lost money, sleep and my scooter

He has had excuse after excuse. This man is clearly a fraud DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use this shipper. He is not a creditable shipper. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This TSP went out of business today.Bid was accepted on 6/9, articles set to be picked up 6/13-6/14 but flexible till 6/18.I made many attempts to contact this TSP by phone and email.I never got through to a person. I did receive one email stating there were delays due to midwest weather. I received email regarding TSP out of business at 5:30pm 6/16.I now have 2 days to list and book transport for my items. I am sorry for the TSP's business, but communication could have saved alot of trouble.
