There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The request was for the motorcycle to shipped inside a trailer. Transport company wanted to put it in the back of truck and drive it to where the trailer would be located (100 miles away).
Transportation company was friendly but was unable to fulfill the requested shipping method.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved All three parties could not complete proper scheduling. It is my understand seller and transport spoke on 1.12.2012 for possible pickup however due to vehicle mechancial issues with the transport company that pickup never occurred(I sent text to transport 1.12.2012 asking if pickup went smoothly without reply which leads me to believe this is accurate statement from the seller). Seller and transpoort company then pushed pickup to 1.13.2012 before 3:30pm transport company also not able to arrive

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time A conflict arose when the service provider attempted pick up too early in the morning without confirmation of the previous owner being ready for it to be shipped. The service provider was to make a second attempt but declined after not being able to verify that the previous owner would be present for the items pick up. I've spoken to him several times over the last few weeks. It's still unknown in regards to his ability to ship. I have decided to seek other options and wish to cancel this arrangement. Thank you.
