A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper could not coordinate with US Customs for a Canadian border crossing, so we both agreed to cancel the shipment and seek a Canadian shipper for the transaction.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services listed backhoe for pickup within 30 days,more than enough time, after 36 days and promises to pickup, nothing, now I'm getting charged storage fee. Same old BS broker crap. Never will deal with a broker again, only carrier.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Shipper stated that they could pick item up in "1 or 2 days" after match, it has been over a month of sporadic communication, unanswered phone calls and emails. They got my deposit,contract and credit card #, and that is all they seem to be interested in. Typical broker BS. Nice enough to talk to but no performance. Might be OK if you have unlimitid time to move a shipment.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After calling the provider nearly every day for three weeks and hearing "tomorrow" each time, I have lost patience and have no confidence in his ability to provide the service contracted for. I do not hold Freight Tec responsible for the agent he subcontracted the load to.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper was to pick up early the week of Feb. 28. Called Wed., Feb. 28 and dispatch said it wasn't scheduled, would leave message for shipper. Called a week later and shipper said they would call back later that day. Have not heard from shipper.
