Freightrunner50 provided an oustanding service. Shipment delivered days ahead of schedule. Shipment was delivered in its original condition. Service provider (Ed Harper) was so friendly to talk to and provided a professional service. My daughter, who received the shipment, was so happy to receive the shipment in good condition and ahead of schedule. Their services were commendable.

Ed and Faith Harper responded very soon after my bid was posted and made arrangements quickly and clearly to pick up my item for shipment. The TV was delivered on time and in perfect condition, all the way from L.A. to San Antonio. I am actually watching the TV right now as I type this positive review. I would use their services again and recommend them to anyone.

Overall the experience was okay! Seeing that the piano was extremely precious to the Shippers - so we took extreme measures to protect it (including over-wrapping it). We kept them updated by both email/telephone & we performed everything as agreed. Upon delivery, there was confusion about paying us; They didn't want to pay unless we took the piano off the truck first, & they sent the first payment to an invalid PayPal account. All this resulted in us having to wait approx 1 hour for payment.
