We are both a trucking company and a freight brokerage company. We run hot shots, drop decks, flats, vans, reefers, and rgn-multi axles stretch trailers. We specialize in over-dimensional and problem freight that no one wants to handle. We do not do HAZMAT at all. We have a combined experience of over 45 years in the trucking industry and are very professional. We carry both cargo and auto liability insurance on all loads. This information will be supplied to each shipper or receiver upon acceptance of the bids. A contract will be sent out for each shipment, this guarantees the price and shipping. If credit can not be established no loads will be loaded unless a wire transfer is in the bank for the shipment. Sorry we have been burned before way too many times.

Provider cancelled shipment do to scheduling conflicts. I decided to give them a 2nd chance, but they dropped that ball as well. Missed deadline, they found alternate trucker to complete shipment, but failed to inform alternate of need of ramps and winch for loading, so I had to pay tow company to load it using semi wrecker. The alternate Parfrey was very helpful in comparison to Freightfinder. Back loads aren't their priority.

He was pleasant and helpful in spite of the fact that he arrived here at 9 PM after having to drive several hours out of his way. The dispatcher should have given him more accurate information.

I didnt knew that the trailer wasnt on conditions to be on road. According to the contract, i should pay just $250 dls for cancelation fee, and theyre trying to charge around $500 dls for this! They said that i misrepresent the info, and the truth, its that i gave them all the information that i had, incliuding the ebay link, where the trailer was Response from freightfinder: The trailer has cross members broke, you were quite aware of this as the seller has notified me also with this information. You did receive fair and adequate service under the circumstances. What you do not understand is that trailer cannot move without repairs or being trailered itself. The driver deserves compensation, this is why we have a contract and our shipments are prepaid.

Response from freightfinder: Contract and payment will be done BEFORE a load is moved, this is our policy. Driver's tend to lose money or checks and credit cards can be denied. We are still fighting for previous monies owed to us! We did not receive any money for a deposit or anything.

I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period i was able to get n touch with this customer to start with i sent over the shipping contract to be filled out and sent back. This was on tuesday. They want the product shipped to them by monday mornning but i have not heard back from them and have not received the shipping contract back. For these reasons im asking for a cancellation on this shipment
