1st attempt provider missed many deadlines with bad communication. Provider cancelled shipment do to scheduling conflicts. I decided to give them a 2nd chance, but they dropped that ball as well. Missed deadline, they found alternate trucker to complete shipment, but failed to inform alternate of need of ramps and winch for loading, so I had to pay tow company to load it using semi wrecker. The alternate Parfrey was very helpful in comparison to Freightfinder. Back loads aren't their priority.

The experience was positive except that the truck driver was not made aware of how far he had to travel to pick up our load. He was pleasant and helpful in spite of the fact that he arrived here at 9 PM after having to drive several hours out of his way. The dispatcher should have given him more accurate information.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
We were unable to contact hauler. An email and a voice mail were left and we received neither an email back or a voice mail.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
OK, i accept to cancel this deal but:
*They never told me that my box trailer would be used to load merchandise or something like that.
*I didnt knew that the trailer wasnt on conditions to be on road.
*According to the contract, i should pay just $250 dls for cancelation fee, and theyre trying to charge around $500 dls for this!
*They said that i misrepresent the info, and the truth, its that i gave them all the information that i had, incliuding the ebay link, where the trailer was

Response from freightfinder: The trailer has cross members broke, you were quite aware of this as the seller has notified me also with this information. You did receive fair and adequate service under the circumstances. What you do not understand is that trailer cannot move without repairs or being trailered itself. The driver deserves compensation, this is why we have a contract and our shipments are prepaid.

THEY WANTED US TO WIRE THE MONEY, I TOLD THEM I WOULD PAY CASH WHEN THEY GOT HERE AND THEY ALREADY HAD MY DEPOSIT.

Response from freightfinder: Contract and payment will be done BEFORE a load is moved, this is our policy. Driver's tend to lose money or checks and credit cards can be denied. We are still fighting for previous monies owed to us! We did not receive any money for a deposit or anything.

Contacted the service provider numerous times. After a week still not able to confirm loading was included in the price (as stated in the listing) Never returned a call.

After getting making a deposit with Uship the shipper required payment in full by wire with a contract that allowed them to do what they wished.
I called and the 'boss' would not even take the time to explain their polices and services. He was rude and beligerent and told me to cancel. I can only assume the reason for their business polices and wiring fees upfront so their customers do not even have the protectio9n of thecfredit card companies.

Response from freightfinder: wow this is such a lie, Nigel Cooper called our office. I exsplained to him that we move several loads and are a real carrier not some fly by night. Also exsplained how we were burned for over 30000.00 off of uship last year for non payment and credit card cancellations after shipments were delivered. we deal strickly in wire transfers now and we have a shipping contract that garantees the shipment and the money wire. the man told me to f*** off on the phone i told him to cancell.
