The bid for this load was 481.00 but ended up costing me $850.00+ Their BS excuse was uship had the item, Bobcat blade, mis-categorized!!! I will never use uship again

The whole transport started out as a disaster because the carrier at the last minute said they may not make it in time, with the worry that I would lose my items if they weren't picked up in time. The guys at freight101 quickly arranged for a different carrier and my items were quickly picked up and delivered faster than expected. So two thumbs up to freight101.

Customer got a rate for the wrong freight class, and initially did not ant to pay more for it. I told him the information he provided was not correct and gave him the correct rate before picking the freight up. After agreeing to pay the difference, customer would not provide payment code and uShip had to intervene in order for my company to get paid.

Unfortunately, we cannot take the chance of losing money due to the possibility of the shipment information being incorrect. Customer will re-list their shipment.
