There were good & bad parts to this experience... The bike arrived safely & much quicker than quoted. The driver who delivered was great & the truck was v professionally equipped for transporting bikes. The bad part was communication. It always took 2+ days or more to get a response. They tended to call out of the blue and say "a driver will be there tomorrow..." to which our first couple of responses were "we already told you we are out of town this week". If they fixed this, they would be A+

In all fairness it is a little more difficult to accomodate your schedule with a driver that is over the road and can run into delays. We do try to keep in touch thoughout the process and I do apoligize for any inconvience that may have occured. Erik
