No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider verbally said he would pick up load last week. Since has not responded to repeated attempts to be contacted by phone or email. I have found a replacement hauler who is loading shipment at this time. Very disappointed in service providers lack of communication. That's what makes transportation work.
