Good communicator. A little difficulty with the border crossing, but overall positive.

Shipper was great to work for. When I called his broker to give him my Pars # & port of entry, he asked me for invoice. Buyer hires broker to collect taxes & prepares custom manifest then sends it electronically to border before I arrive. My sends it to me in PDF which I print & attach my PARS sticker to present at the border. US & Canadians borders are now enforcing their rules & get upset if you arrive unprepared, looking for broker's office to get documents which is what his broker wanted
