Rating: Cancellation Left by: mottarosa (125 ) On: 9/24/2009 For: 2000 Yamaha XV 1600 Wild Star	A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was a day late on pickup and customer became rude and used foul language during phone calls. I no longer feel comfortable moving his cycle. He is fast to pay and easy to get ahold of, but very hard to work with. Be careful with him.

Gentleman complied with prompt shipment.communication was open and to top it off, Shipment was received sooner then expected.This is the way business should be conducted compared to the previous miserable excuse of a shipper. "Kaztransport" on the other hand, did such a fantastic job, I wouldn't hesitant to use him again and would recommend him to others,Thanks again
Rating: Cancellation Left for: mottarosa (125 ) On: 9/24/2009 For: 2000 Yamaha XV 1600 Wild Star	The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Provider agreed to pickup bike no-later then Monday sept.21 and deliver next day tuesday. Made attempts to call him Monday for updates-did not have courtesy to answer or call me. I finally got in touch with him the following afternoon. He,not I became Irate and unapologetic and informed me if he was to pick up bike there would be an additional 36 hours with a Big if? to deliver.He violated our contract(I have e-mails confirming this) and now put me in jeopardy to pay storage fees Response from mottarosa: Shipper was extremely disrespectful. demanded a reduction in the price for pickup which we couldn't give. started swearing at us so we decided we didn't want him as a customer. It seems that a certain kind of person finds it to be very satisfying to verbally abuse someone on the phone and then of course put all the blame on everyone but himself. politness is important and swearing is a definate negitive. stay away from this guy he can't be trusted.
