Pricing was good and up to the time of the pick up the communication was good. After pick up coomunication was just OK and the shipment arrived 4 days late. We were told it was due to the truck breaking down but when the driver arrived he told us the truth,which was that he was traveling by his home area and decided to stop by and vist for a couple of days! Since we were working with a marina at the destination to try to get the boat ready by Memorial day, the delay was a real aggrevation.

DISAPOINTED BY THIS COMMENT,BOAT WAS DELIVERED IN 10 DAYS FROM CA TO NH,WITH ANOTHER PICKUP AFTER HIS AND DELIVEREY TO CHICAGO ON THE WAY TO DROP HIS BOAT.NEVER STATED HE WAS IN HURRY FOR BOAT PLEASE CHECK THE LISTING STATED FLEXIBLE ON PICKUP AND DELIVERY,MY DRIVERS ARE ON THE ROAD FOR 3 TO 6 WEEKS AT A TIME,WHEN HE GOES WITHIN 50 MILES OF HOME OF COURSE WE GIVE HIM ACOUPLE OF DAY'S OFF.I NEVER TOLD HIM TRUCK WAS BROKE DOWN,NICE GUY BUT DON'T KNOW WHERE HE GOT THAT FROM.

UNTIL THIS ISSUE IS SETTLED BY TRANSPORTER, I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THAT MY BOAT NOW HAS A HOLE RIGHT THROUGH THE FIBERGLAS, ANOTHER ONE IN THE STERN, BOTH ON THE KEEL AND MY LOWER UNIT OF MY MOTOR IS DAMAGED ON EACH SIDE.NEEDLESS TO SAY, I AM NOT IMPRESSED,DRIVER AGEED THAT DAMAGE WAS DUE TO SHIPPING! BUT IF TRANSPORTER ACTS RESPONSIBLY, I WOULD CONSIDER RECONSIDERING MY OPINION OF 360 BOAT TRANSPORTER/WORLD WIDE BOAT TRANSPORT, SO UNTIL I ACTUALLY GET A RETURN PHONE CALL! I WOULDNT REFER TO ANYONE

The guys at BTI were very helpful. They waited for my seller at pick up and they even sent a guy to Austin pulling the Sea Doo on trailer behind his personal truck to keep me from having to drive out to their facility in Dripping Springs. Would use them again! Thanks Mark!

I was very pleased with the service Worldwide Transport provided. The driver arrived on time and fully prepared. He was professional and helpful. Mark in dispatch always had up-to-date information on the status of my shipment and was a pleasure to work with. The boats arrived ahead of schedule and my client on the other end had nothing but positive comments about the delivery. These folks get my highest recommendation.
