After pick up coomunication was just OK and the shipment arrived 4 days late. We were told it was due to the truck breaking down but when the driver arrived he told us the truth,which was that he was traveling by his home area and decided to stop by and vist for a couple of days! Since we were working with a marina at the destination to try to get the boat ready by Memorial day, the delay was a real aggrevation. 5/5/2008	Service Provider	Negative	dascenzo26 (2)	UNTIL THIS ISSUE IS SETTLED BY TRANSPORTER, I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THAT MY BOAT NOW HAS A HOLE RIGHT THROUGH THE FIBERGLAS, ANOTHER ONE IN THE STERN, BOTH ON THE KEEL AND MY LOWER UNIT OF MY MOTOR IS DAMAGED ON EACH SIDE.NEEDLESS TO SAY, I AM NOT IMPRESSED,DRIVER AGEED THAT DAMAGE WAS DUE TO SHIPPING! BUT IF TRANSPORTER ACTS RESPONSIBLY, I WOULD CONSIDER RECONSIDERING MY OPINION OF 360 BOAT TRANSPORTER/WORLD WIDE BOAT TRANSPORT, SO UNTIL I ACTUALLY GET A RETURN PHONE CALL! They waited for my seller at pick up and they even sent a guy to Austin pulling the Sea Doo on trailer behind his personal truck to keep me from having to drive out to their facility in Dripping Springs.
