I never overload or create a precidence for potential damage. I have a fully enclosed hitch trailer pulled by an SUV and load everything from ground level. I am very detailed about item conditions and will use an interchange of photos to protect myself and the buyer. All services are White Glove. Items are FULLY blanketed and stretch wrapped for protection. All my routes are long distance. You would be part of a multiple destination route that requires you to understand you are not getting exclusive service. If there is a delay with one part of that route, all estimated times of arrival in that route will change. You must let the pickup or drop off locations know their new eta's will not always be formidable if they are bound by their own schedule. Though I normally hit eta's within a 1 hour window, you must have flexibility for a secondary window. Ideally road conditions would always be perfect. Unfortunately not always. DON'T HESITATE - BOOK FRANK NOW! YOU WON'T BE SORRY! This was the first time I ever used USHIP - I was VERY afraid of being cheated, etc., but Frank outbid everyone else, & when I accepted his bid, he CALLED ME within minutes to discuss the transportation arrangements. He talked to me for a long time and made me feel much safer. The stuff was across the country and got to me in 2 DAYS, & he was texting/emailing/calling to keep me updated the whole time. I'D GIVE HIM 100 STARS IF I COULD!!!

Excellent! First time to use U Ship. I looked at renting a truck and other alternatives and decided to try U Ship. I checked out all bids posted by shippers by looking at their profile and feedback. Frank (fpopernik) was impressive. He maintained communications throughout the pick up and delivery by using email and text. He gave me an estimated delivery date and called me later to give me a projected delivery time. His trailer was clean and furniture was wrapped in blanket. Outstanding!!!

It was great working with Frank. The shipments arrived in excellent condition and they were delivered on time. He was available for any questions and responded promptly. Frank displayed considerable depth of knowledge about both his trade and pianos. I liked that he used intellect over brawn to facilitate the move.
