There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I already accepted another bid and I expect a 100% full re-fund. I listed once and accepted the orginial bid - than contacted the shipper many times over weeks and got no response. Had to cancel that shipment and re-listed the bid once (maybe your system did an automatic 2nd bid or something, but I had no intention of listing the bid twice).
Please provide the full 100% re-fund to me for this second bid immediately. I will not accept this 10% credit garbage. I accepted the first time even

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper stated the 14th of April as the move date during our conversation - AND in the bid acceptance. He arrived at my home today and emailed/texted/called me from our home at 10:30am. There was NO previous communication indicating the date and time had changed. During our phone conversation, he explained that the more lucrative moves on his route had other needs, and therefore, altered when he would be in our area. He admitted that he should have contacted me in advance, but stated tha

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper notified me that he was canceling the route 2 days before shipment was to be picked up. Cancellation was due to financial reasons. I chose this particular shipper due to his price that I could afford. I am now stuck leaving my mattress OR renting my own truck (which is significantly more than I can afford).
I do not live in the city where this shipment was being picked up, and I made special arrangements to be there for pick up. This was the last day I could move out of my house, and p

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I am moving this piano from its current owners house to mine. The current owner has just unexpectedly had to go out of town for an unspecified amount of time. Therefore they will not be home on or around the shipping date to let the carrier in. I have no way to get into their house to access the piano. So i don't think there's anyway I'll be able to complete this transaction at this time. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The schedule of the pick up in the drivers route couldn't be resolved. I request a credit so I can get another company to make the delivery.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped After speaking to the shipper, we have decided to move the item ourselves. There is no way to get a trailer into either yard (pick-up or delivery) so we will have to move it out of the yard to load on shipper's trailer - might as well move it all the way at that point.
