I never overload or create a precidence for potential damage. I have a fully enclosed hitch trailer pulled by an SUV and load everything from ground level. I am very detailed about item conditions and will use an interchange of photos to protect myself and the buyer. All services are White Glove. Items are FULLY blanketed and stretch wrapped for protection. All my routes are long distance. You would be part of a multiple destination route that requires you to understand you are not getting exclusive service. If there is a delay with one part of that route, all estimated times of arrival in that route will change. You must let the pickup or drop off locations know their new eta's will not always be formidable if they are bound by their own schedule. Though I normally hit eta's within a 1 hour window, you must have flexibility for a secondary window. Ideally road conditions would always be perfect. Unfortunately not always. As many other customers have commented, Frank was very professional, friendly and helpful. He was very careful with the piano, and did a great job moving my piano through the narrow hall way and many steps up into my apartment. I accepted his bid almost immediately, after seeing what his old customers have left as feedbacks - I absolutely made the right choice. Hope to have chance to have him help moving again in the future.

Frank moved a baby grand for me and he could not have been a better choice. The were a few complications and Frank was patient with me and he went above and beyond to complete the move. He knows a lot about pianos and was very careful with it. I would recommend Frank to anyone!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The pickup was attempted on the date listed in the bid. It was a weekend.I even made an attempt to stay in town 1 extra day, that day being a Monday, and the location was still closed on that day. I made calls to the pickup location on friday before, saturday, sunday and did not make contact until I called monday. The man who answered said "Oh you are the one who has been trying to call". Not sure why I could not get a call back. I accept this cancellation.

I was a bit disappointed in this shipper. I received neutral feedback over a timeframe I gave her in advance. I was delayed very little due to understandable delays with her grandmother who is elderly and had much to talk about. She had some medical issues and could not remember what floor we were suppose to be on, so we walked around a bit. We found her to be quite pleasant and did not feel rushed at all. This was a very delicate item so we took our time to assure a good job. . .very surprised!

I listed once and accepted the orginial bid - than contacted the shipper many times over weeks and got no response. The current owner has just unexpectedly had to go out of town for an unspecified amount of time. Therefore they will not be home on or around the shipping date to let the carrier in. There is no way to get a trailer into either yard (pick-up or delivery) so we will have to move it out of the yard to load on shipper's trailer - might as well move it all the way at that point.
