I never overload or create a precidence for potential damage. I have a fully enclosed hitch trailer pulled by an SUV and load everything from ground level. I am very detailed about item conditions and will use an interchange of photos to protect myself and the buyer. All services are White Glove. Items are FULLY blanketed and stretch wrapped for protection. All my routes are long distance. You would be part of a multiple destination route that requires you to understand you are not getting exclusive service. If there is a delay with one part of that route, all estimated times of arrival in that route will change. You must let the pickup or drop off locations know their new eta's will not always be formidable if they are bound by their own schedule. Though I normally hit eta's within a 1 hour window, you must have flexibility for a secondary window. Ideally road conditions would always be perfect. Unfortunately not always. Absolutely no problems at all. Frank relayed the condition of the piece and gave me an initial timeframe. He later updated the timeframe for accuracy. Super service, very friendly. Frank took the uncertainity out of a long-distance shipment. Highly recommended.

We had to reschedule several times to work out a moving date, but once we found a date Frank was very professional and delivered the items in great condition and right on time. He even helped move a heavy chair out of the apartment.

Frank did a great job. He went above a beyond our expectations for delivery. We had a problem with one of the piano legs and he was willing to go get parts and try to fix it for us even though it was damaged before he picked it up. We would dfeinately use him again.

No Detailed Feedback Available Frank picked up my mother's piano from a small town in Illinois and delivered it to my son in Ohio. He was very prompt on both ends of the delivery and very responsive everyone's needs. He took great care of the piano and everyone was impressed by his manners and skills. The current owner has just unexpectedly had to go out of town for an unspecified amount of time. Therefore they will not be home on or around the shipping date to let the carrier in.
