We tried to be accomadating with the service provider but became very frustrated with his lack of communication with us. The original agreed pick up day was a Thursday. On The following Tuesday he stated he would get back with us the next day with an update on the mechanical problem. He did not call. We attempted to reach him six times that day and three the next day without success. We left messages on each attempt. To this day, he has not contacted us. It is our feeling that he got the
