I began leaving phone messages to this shipper on 3/19. I called 4X no response. I also emailed him. No response. Finally Sunday 3/25 I reached him via telephone and he told me he had just responded to me via email. Again no retiurn phone call for 6 days!!! Now I am stuck. The table MUST be picked up 3/28 ONLY. Drop off date is flexible. I booked this 2/12. Shipper was very irrisponsible not to give me notice. I need help. I only have 2 days now and have very limited access to a comp

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved. Due to winter storms up north last week, I haven't had a chance to "catch up". By the time the agreed time of pickup comes, I'll still be in the south. I've been forced to cancel all delivieries in the DC, NYC area. The reason I waited was cause I was giving it my best shot to accomadate everyone, and only now I relize it can't happen. I am truely sorry for any inconvience, I gave it my best shot...Good Luck..Fernando

We were very pleasantly surprised to find that our move was handled with a level of expertise and cooperation far above what I'd expect from a big "professional" moving company. Not only was Fernando competent and prepared to handle everything we asked, but when our plans (and the size of the load) changed, he found a colleague in our town that accommodated our changes and carried more than we'd bargained for at very little extra charge. These guys are great! I wouldn't use anybody else.
