The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Mr Perez.is a very nice guy,he was having lots of trouble with his truck and trailer breaking down and I had a deadline to have my piano picked up in pittsburgh pa..I could not wait any longer and had to go and pick up my piano my self...please, I need a refund of my deposit.Mr Perez was very kind to me and he understood ,,and also understands about the refund...Bills Piano Service..6407 old rt 11 ,Dublin Va 24084..540-674-5001 Bill Radcliffe..owner and teck

There were some unforseen circumstances that happened along the way which resulted in a delay of my shipment but overall due to his competency in handling his trailer( I live on a narrow street) and that manner in which he handled my goods, I would definitely use him again. Great price, great guy.

I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment.
The shipper and I have been in contact many times and he has been unable to get in contact with the seller for over 2 weeks. Hes left many phone messages and lots of emails to the seller with no response. Would appear that this seller either no longer has the item, or has absconded with the shippers money and the engine. Last conversation with the shipper, we mutually agreed that we'd just have to cancel this match.

He was very good with communicating with me about the pick-up times, etc, but in the end the person receiving the goods backed out of the deal, and the shipment was cancelled, but I would use him in the future.
