There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Our company SAG Industries Inc used the Uship feature "book it now" to contract this job with Uship user Forbushr whose real name is Rich at a price of $3200 (a price set by Rich himself). Upon acceptance of the bid, we immediately contacted Rich via telephone and successfully confirmed the job. A few hours later a cancellation request was sent to us on Uship. We did not change any price or any terms but it was a matter of the shipper backing out most likely because he found a cheaper provider.
