BUYER BEWARE if you are shipping used commercial machinery!!! Make sure you read the fine print. SAIA, the carrier hired by FMAC damaged my equipment for a total loss. I lost my equipment with a 15K replacment value and the actual $3900 I paid for it. Both the carrier and FMAC informed me I should have read the fine print and they are not completely liable for my equipment. I was offered .10/ pound from the carrier. I entrusted these professionals and lost my equipment and money. Beware!

Response from fmacfr8: This person told us that they were shipping new equipment and that it was properly packaged for transportation. Turns out is was a used old machine, not packaged. What does he expect. His claim was filed in an amount for a brand new replacement machine, from Italy. Is he kidding?
