I was always able to reach the dispachers and everyone involved. Shipment departed and arrived quickly. Only hitch was that the palette was too heavy for the local truck's liftgate and I had to secure a forklift myselat my residential address. Was promised a reimbursement for the liftgate fee which I am confident that FMAC will fullfill based on my experience with them. View Listing
