These people at FMAC are great to work with, they take care of every detail. They are even ready to negotiate things like decreasing their price if you let them deliver to a business address with a shipping dock. They did this for me. Also, they call you, instead of you having to call them; --and to me that says it all. Let them have your business if they are at a price you can afford! You would be doing yourself a mis-service not doing so. Steve in Greenville, SC.

Communication by the broker was fine, but I had to initiate the contact when shipment was delayed--very helpful when I did get through. 3 day delivery became 7 and spec'd liftgate truck was not available for 2 days. One customer service rep said she would not have quoted the trucking company that carried my load if she had done the quote. Still like the uShip approach to bidding a load and will allow more time in future for delays.
