The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
I contacted the service provider and we talked about the issues with my item (it's top heavy). Both the service provider and myself decided the best would be not to ship this item as it would require special handling that wasn't part of our original bid/acceptance.
The service provider was very flexible and both parties agree the match just wouldn't work out for this particular shipment. Communication was excellent and I would definately consider using this service provider for future shipments

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Pickup was scheduled for between 10 and 3 on Friday. They never picked up
Negative feedback will follow. I explained to them the urgency of the situation. The shipper called me Saturday morning to let me know, and he is open. Now I can't contact the the provider and their Yellow frieght is closed today. This will cost me in a big way. I am going to relist to see if I can get a smaller provider to pick up and deliver ASAP
