The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
I had asked, prior to accepting the bid, when they could pick up. They replied that it would be within 24 hours of the order. 3 days later, I had heard nothing, sent an e-mail, and got no response. 6 days later, I called, and was cheerfully informed that no one had turned in the order! I was assured they would go the next day (Friday). As of Monday, still nothing. On Tuesday, still nothing, so I called another carrier who showed up within the hour and shipped it FOR HALF THE PRICE!! Obviously, I
