Shipment of latex king mattress and box springs were totally damaged and unrepairable. I refused shipment due to torn packaging, ripped mattress cover, ripped box springs, dirt and grease covered majority of mattress and box springs, cardboard and outer shrinkwrap completely torn off. Was in perfect shape when originally picked up. Will be filing claim with shipper. JOhn and Ana at weshipamerica were excellent to work with and hope they can assist in this process.
