The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider made promises to pick up car 48 hours max time and will not answer the phone or return voice mails very very unprofessional. Have spoken to someone everyday who Saids ill check on that and call you right back and never calls very surprised at how badly I've been treated and the lack of respect and common courtesy I've been shown. Beware when booking this agent will promise you whatever you want to book you and not deliver, would not recommend or use this shipper to deliver a p

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services FleetExpress is terrible. Do not use. Never called once after acceptance of bid. Had to have Uship contact them and all they did was to say that prices have now gone up and now they have to cancel the order. Go with another company and save yourself the headache.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I booked shipment of a 2003 Ford Taurus on Sunday March 24 from Tampa to Gulf Breeze FL. After multiple emails to Richard on Monday and Tuesday as well as calls and voicemails on Wed and Thur, I haven't received any kind of communication. Absolutely unacceptable, I just wish I could leave feedback. Obviously, my customer was less than happy and is now driving from Gulf Breeze to Tampa to pick up the vehicle. Worst customer service I've ever encountered, ever....

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved According to Texas Direct Dealership Fleet Express was supposed to pick up truck and NEVER showed. I have called carrier and they DON"T RETURN PHONE CALLS. BAD COMMUNICATION SKILLS. I live in New Hampshire so I am not quite sure who is at FAULT. What I will say though is that I believe it to be the Carrier based on the fact that I have called many times and NO RETURN CALLS -- seems to me they don't want to deliver the goods and are avoiding the situation.
