No Detailed Feedback Available every thing went as promised. The car was picked up and delivered on the dates that were scheduled. The driver was great. The only advise is the dispatchers should be a little more accurate when I was seeking info. Other than that I would give my shipment a high grade, I will use them again.

Shipment was picked up on 3/29/2013 and was promised on 4/2/2013. On 4/2/2013 at 4:00 PM I called to see if the truck was going to be delivered since I had people waiting at the delivery point to sign for it. I was told that it would not be delivered until 4/4 or 4/5/2013. I asked for a more confirmed date so I could arrange to have somebody present to sign for the delivery. I was told it would be delivered on Friday 4/5/2013. Delivery was made 4/8/2013 at 8:30 PM, wouldn't recomend them!

We had a terrible experience with this company/broker. Driver did not arrive on-time as promised by broker Richard Kelly(if that is his real name?) Did not return calls at all. Finally arrived 4 days late from promised pick up date, and offered no monetary compensation for inconvenience of leaving us homeless for 3 days. Damaged my convertible top and the driver offered $50 DISCOUNT off my bill for the $700 of DAMAGES to my convertible top. THIS BROKER SUCKS! STAY AWAY, Do your research....

Shipper guaranteed pickup 24-48 hours and when I called in he ignored my messages did not return any of my calls. When I finally did reach a live person after 15 calls I was told ill call you back in 15 minutes let me check on that and that was 4 days ago. If you are interested in being told nothing but lies and not given one ounce of respect than by all means this is your place to book. I'm so tired of brokers making BS promises I wouldn't use this company to ship a pack of bubble gum !!!!!

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I booked shipment of a 2003 Ford Taurus on Sunday March 24 from Tampa to Gulf Breeze FL. After multiple emails to Richard on Monday and Tuesday as well as calls and voicemails on Wed and Thur, I haven't received any kind of communication. Absolutely unacceptable, I just wish I could leave feedback. Obviously, my customer was less than happy and is now driving from Gulf Breeze to Tampa to pick up the vehicle. I have called carrier and they DON"T RETURN PHONE CALLS. BAD COMMUNICATION SKILLS. I live in New Hampshire so I am not quite sure who is at FAULT. What I will say though is that I believe it to be the Carrier based on the fact that I have called many times and NO RETURN CALLS -- seems to me they don't want to deliver the goods and are avoiding the situation.
