I did not show up at agreed upon date and time

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time spoke to service provider on the 6th of march and he said they would be there on or about the 13th of march,today is the 22nd of march after placing three calls to service provider and waiting over 72 hours for a response I still have not heard from shipping company.
