I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Shipper had problems with phone. I Was unable to contact him. Shipper sent an email saying he would call me .. but did not. after 4 days of waiting I cancelled.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Car was to be picked up by Friday it is now tuesday no direct contact with shipper only email. Phone numbers don't work. Now I have to pay $100 storage plus $20 for each additional day plus fight with paypal to get my money back. I do not have the time to sit in front of computer for several days to get an email. Called this guy or wrote probably 20 plus times and left my number now just stressed out of the whole deal I guess cheaper isn't always better

He accepted my bid 1 day prior to pick up date and chose to pay by pay-pal. Pay-pal told him when he posted payment it would take 3-5 days for payment to clear his account and be posted to my pay-pal account due to insufficent funds in his checking account.. PAYMENT DUE AT PICKUP. Not posted and waiting for him to put money in his bank!!!

His communiction was very poor. He didn't tell us for sure when he would pick up the load so we had someone waiting for a day. He delivered the load 1 day later than he promised. It was very nerve racking not knowing where our load was or when it would be delivered. He was very helpful unloading and the load arrived in good condition. If he could improve communications, I would rate him as a positive.
