Lex and Suzan of FLAGSHIP-1st provided professional service from initial contact to final delivery. A somewhat complicated long distance coordination effort was simplified by their efforts. Truck and trailer arrived as scheduled and delivery was actually accomplished a day ahead of schedule from east coast of Florida to central coast of California. I barely had time to return home prior to arrival of boat. I would definitely use their service in the future and will recommend them for others.

What a great experience as a first time shipper. Suzan and Lex were excellent to work with. Most important my boat (Grady 330) was picked up and delivered without any issues. Lex was obviously concerned about the shipment and took all the steps along the way to ensure everything arrived perfectly and timely. I will not hesitate to contract with Flagship again. Thanks

I would like to say that Lex (the driver) was very friendly, helpful and professional. I was a bit concerned making a contract to move my boat, but Lex and Suzan were very helpful and professional and made it absolutely worry free. They were very prompt and met every promise they made. I thought this was very important, when dealing with a service where it was completely done online and over the phone. Thanks again to Lex and Suzan for a job well done.

Zach was very good at keeping me informed of the time of arrival. He was very polite with my wife who had to accept the boat in my absence. Every aspect of the experience with Flagship was positive, and they delivered the vessel in excellent condition. I would use them again without hesitation.

Shipper was a heck of a nice guy. Boat turned out to be heavier than he or I expected or was led to believe by seller but was compensated for additional weight promptly on delivery. All arrangements were made with yard in advance for unloading. I would welcome the opportunity to work for a again.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I did not deem the trailer to be road worty.

When DOT/MC number was requested along with cargo insurance accord transporter was unable to produce anything. Transporter said he would call his wife and never returned. Trailer is five years old with new light, tires and wheel bearings. "not deemed road ready???" I would say transporter got caught!
