Suzan and Lex are a great team. Every step of the process was handled with speed and professionalism. Getting a 30 foot 9000 pound sailboat picked up when the boat yard was ready and delivered 1200 miles away seemed to be a difficult task to me, but Suzan and Lex handled it like they do it everyday. Thanks for getting Bateau to its new home in Florida. The rig they use is the slickest rig I have ever scene too. William Gonyer

28' new Pursuit -Flagship1st is outstanding, professional & customer focused - believe their feedback. They were the highest bid BUT, because Lex had done his homework. Our boat was going from Virginia to an island in Washington state -Lex was the only one to include the ferry cost!. Has 1st class rig, picked up on time, was in constant touch [GPS tracking is great!], hunkered out a mountain snowstorm 'till safe to drive and delivered in great condition. 3rd boat move - this the best. Use him!

I have only compliments to leave for Lex and Flagship 1st transport. I talked to both him and his wife to arrange and coordinate the transport of my boat and it was always a pleasure. They were both always professional and very friendly to talk to. I always knew the status of the transfer and where the boat was while being moved. The boat arrived in great condition and they have my thanks and gratitude. You cannot find a better service.

Lex was awesome! He was most courteous and prompt with our boat. He kept us informed during the entire trip. This company is incredibly professional. If you want to ensure your boat (or any other item) is being shipped safely then you need flagship, and LEX!!!

Flagship was a complete pleasure to deal with. They know how to do it right. They arrived at the pick up point exactly as planned and were extremely patient as our boat was not quite ready. Not a word of complaint, even though we held them up over the weekend. The boat was delivered in perfect shape with no surprises. We were kept informed of the progress the entire trip. I would highly recommend this provider.

lex at flagship made this shipment look easy, i was plagued with issues i never even thought of or was prepared for, in the end lex drove me around to solve all my dilemnas, my boat got to desitination on time, he was easy to get ahold of and to deal with, very flexible and understanding, in fact, hes bringing my boat home for me after holidays, thanks

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Boat height for movers trailer was to tall.

Shipment was listed at 11'4" and was 12'9". Im sure an honest mistake on shippers part but would have made me over height.
