Customers listed items on Uship is the items we ageed to move for that price. Customer had 1 room of xtra furn,74boxes, Stuffed his car w/kid toys,lrg tv, and several other pieces. Did not complain about anything until a week after the move. The items left behind were not part of the agreed inventory either. We denied his claim. He was charged a fair discounted price for the extra items and labor. His first demand was refund or he would post a negative rating!!250 moves per mth never an issue
