There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved After getting the serial # of this equipment, research found out that this equipment would weigh almost 20,000 lbs more than what was quoted. Before we even loaded the equipment, contact was made with Bob to find out if this was acceptable. The possibility that the price would go up was there and we would not know until we had loaded the equipment and had a scale ticket. Bob was not willing to even have the equipment loaded as he was sure that the weights were exact! According to our contract, w

he did not recieve contract till 7:15 pm on 4/17/2008 that night. he took it on himself to go there early morning 4/17/2008 when i sent 2,000.00 deposit .then he his office sent me a email demanding 1,956.17 on top of his bid. he should have done his homework before sending out a bid . when he would not hear what i had to say i told him to refund me and would get someone else he called me a idiot and hung up on me ,i will exspect a full refund on this or i will prosocute and file fraud charges

The weight on this was quoted at 35,000. The actual weight is between 53,000 and 55,000. This shipper was not willing to let us load and get it scaled. He was not willing to pay any extra money on this. Beware! Trying to get something for free...
