A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
There was an issue whith pickup and delivery dates, I will definatley use these people in the future, very proffessional! they tried very hard to accomodate my needs, but there was a time conflict brought on by the military base restrictions. thank you for trying finepair, John Morgan M&A

although we did not cause the damage it was in our possesion at the time. Proper packaging by your seller could have eliminated this so hopefully we both learned something. We do appreciate your flexibility in the delivery. Sometimes things do not fall in place as scheduled and this was one of those times, leaving us unable to make up travel time to get to you on time. We are very sorry that this was not a positive experience for you.

shipment was delivered and picked up promptly. They were in constant communication with me for the entire time. Even after delivery called to make sure everything was working and good. I would most definetly recemend them to anyone looking for shipping and will only use them for future shipping needs.
