They had to carry the dining room set through heavy snow to get to the truck. Lots of packing was used and care was taken to deliver the set as best as possible. Price included complete take down, delivery, and set-up.

I haven't the vocabulary to describe how positive the experience was. This company really puts customer service as the top priority...not just talk but they really practice what they preach. I wouldn't be surprised to see a Wall Street Journal story about how they make customer satisfaction their key to business success. They were always very responsive, cooperative, polite, flexibile, and most important highly competent. Don't hesitite to hire this firm
