They were extremely careful with all my stuff(both small and big; expensive and not so expensive). They treated my stuff with the same care as I would have done myself. Communication was good. Dates and times as promised. I would recommend them to all. Initially I was a little cautious about putting down a deposit but these guys are trustworthy. Don't accept another bid over their's for a few dollars.

This customer was told in the bid the bikes would be picked up on the 12th and 16th. the last one in CO. AND WOULD BE DELIVERED BEFORE THE 18TH. That only left the 17th for delivery. Pretty simple stuff here. We tryed repeatedly to contact him 5 times on the 17th. drove 250 miles to try to deliver these bikes. He never returned any of our phone calls / messages. Sat for 2 hours waiting. Had to leave. He should have read BID Response from dualsportrider: I was never informed that any of the bikes were even ever picked up. I am sorry but calling me while waiting at my porch with the bikes is not acceptable. How am I to know when the bikes will be delivered without any form of notice? DUH? A simple ETA window phonecall the day before or morning of delivery would have saved both of us a lot of time and money. Hope that you can improve on your communication skills, as the rest of your service was fine.
