The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I asked the service provider if they could handle the shipment by a specific date before accepting their bid. I was told that there would be no problem and they would do anything to get the business. After the bid was accepted the service provider was called on the phone and I was told to call the house and talk to the son. The house was called and no one would answer the phone or return voice messages. I then was able to reach the son on the same phone the father was reached on before. I was t
