The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The provider must have been too busy to accomidate my needs in a timely manor. Communication and timing were poor. He gave a 1 hour notice for the pickup at which could not happen. And a few no calls and no shows. I am very diapointed with my first attempt at this type of service.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
I have spoken to this shipper a few times, he says he will do the move for me but each time I call him he tells me to call him back and we will set up a date. I feel he is too busy. I want someone that will return my call. I shouldn't have to be calling him back several time. He should be able to follow through himself. He seems very nice, but not organized.
