I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The Service provider said he's going to pick up my boxes on the 26th and then he said he will surely pick them up on the 27th. Its the 30th and he's still not picked up the boxes. And since the 27th he hasn't answered my calls or picked up!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Service provider made repeated excuses why he couldn't pick up my shipment, and last contact he said he would be back on Sunday 03/15/09 and never showed or called. I thought this was very unproffesional, and people like this will cause your company many complaints. Please refund our deposit asap.

I aaccepted this bid a few months ago and was informed then that it needed to be done in June. I have her scheduled for June 2nd and have talked to her at least 5 times. We talked last week and scheduled an agreed pick up time and I have no idea why there is a problem now. Response from lindas: I was never given a date. Every phone conversation was intiated by me, there was never any follow through by the provider. He has excellant feedbacks, thats why I wanted to use his service, but I don't know what happened with his communication as far as my shipment was concerned.

He went into the hospital and I talked to him from the hospital, he was going to call me back when he got out. I believe he forgot our conversation. I have no hard feelings at all, and I wish him the best. He told me he had had a few bad experiences trying to get this shipped in the last month through this site and I don't think that the providers are the issue. I never picked up this order and have not heard from him in 2 weeks.
