Everything went great. Shipper did have some vehicle problems that delayed delivery a day but I wasn't in any hurry to the item. I was always able to get in touch with the shipper. I would use this service again.

He made a mistake taking down my info. he left messages with the wrong person and assumed it was me and thought I was ignoring him. Instead of cancelling, he posted feedback right away out of anger. I am not happy, but what can I do, once it posted, it's there for good.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
I booked carrier on Saturday evening. Carrier stated he would be coming through on Sun or Monday which worked out well for me. After no contact from carrier,plus I e-mailed him and tried to call him ,through the following Wednesday,I made other arrangements for shipment of cargo. Carrier called me on Thursday morning and said he had been broke down.Said his phone had been dead.I understand problem with breaking down, but a call[landline] or e-mail could of avoided confusion.

Item arrived without incident. Richard was easy to work with and a really nice guy. He is very busy but he has to be in order to make money. I'd recommend Richard to others and will look to use him again myself in the future.
